Products to be changed must be accompanied by proof of purchase or a change card. Also, they must be returned intact, inside their packaging, without having been opened or assembled, and the products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value. – The return of non-defective products can only be made at your own risk, using a courier company of your choice, where you bear the full cost of shipping and return.
– The return must be completed within a period of (14) calendar days from the date of issuance of the receipt or invoice. - Refusal or indifference to order acceptance.
Attention: In the event that a customer refuses or shows indifference towards accepting their order, we reserve the right to seek compensation from the customer for the damage incurred from the shipping and return costs of their order. The cost is calculated as follows: Shipping cost (charged even if shipping was free) + return cost. Should the customer neglect to settle the cost of the damage, we reserve the right to pursue legal action, deactivate their account, or refuse further sales to them. - Defective products
1) Change with a new functional product: We will send a courier to receive the product packaged from your place. If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer’s error is confirmed first, we will replace it and send it to you free of charge. The return of any defective products must be made within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. The products must be returned with their purchase packaging in order to be sent to the supplier company. - Payment by Credit-Debit Card: Regarding the payment methods, we inform you that all credit cards are accepted in our online store. Shipping methods
We ship products throughout Greece using a courier service or with a transport agency for bulky products. For orders placed until 12.00 from Monday to Friday (if it is a working day), the products will be prepared and delivered to the courier company on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 will be delivered for shipment the next business day.
For heavy or bulky items that you want us to deliver to you, the shipment is made exclusively with a transport agency. Agency shipping does not accept cash on delivery. In this case, the method of payment is only a credit card or bank deposit. If you still want delivery with a courier company, there will be an additional charge resulting from the volume or weight of the order, which will be notified to you before execution and shipment. The delivery of the products with a transport agency takes place on the sidewalk at the address declared at the completion of the order.
Delivery time in urban areas is up to (3) three working days, while in islands or remote areas, from (3) three to (5) five working days. Delivery time does not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect transport times.
