Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement

If you wish to change a product or want to return any defective products for your best service, follow the instructions below:

  • Product Change
    If for any reason, you wish to change the product you received, you must do so within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase (date stated on the purchase receipt or change card). Products to be changed must be accompanied by proof of purchase or a change card. Also, they must be returned intact, inside their packaging, without having been opened or assembled, and the products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value. The possibility of change does not apply to seasonal items, such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter, summer, as well as products sold on offer.

  • Exchange/Return of Non-defective Products:
    – The return of non-defective products can only be made at your own risk, using a courier company of your choice, where you bear the full cost of shipping and return.
    – The return must be completed within a period of (14) calendar days from the date of issuance of the receipt or invoice.

  • Refusal or indifference to order acceptance.
    Attention: In the event that a customer refuses or shows indifference towards accepting their order, we reserve the right to seek compensation from the customer for the damage incurred from the shipping and return costs of their order. The cost is calculated as follows: Shipping cost (charged even if shipping was free) + return cost. Should the customer neglect to settle the cost of the damage, we reserve the right to pursue legal action, deactivate their account, or refuse further sales to them.

  • Defective products
    1) Change with a new functional product: We will send a courier to receive the product packaged from your place. If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer’s error is confirmed first, we will replace it and send it to you free of charge. The return of any defective products must be made within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. The products must be returned with their purchase packaging in order to be sent to the supplier company. They must also be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt, change card or sales invoice. In any case, the product can be replaced only if the defect does not come from misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for the use of the product. COD costs are non-refundable.
    2) Misuse / Misuse: If the product is confirmed after inspection to be non-functional due to misuse or misuse, we can: incur extra shipping costs. In case of destruction of the product, your corresponding request must be submitted to us in writing by any suitable means; otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your respective charge.
  • Withdrawal
    In case of withdrawal, you can return the product you have purchased from the online store within 14 calendar days from the date of invoicing so that the exercise of your right is considered timely. The customer bears the charge for the return shipping costs.

    Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
    The right of withdrawal under Article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply in the following cases:

    For product categories including:
    – Products which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
    – Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
    – Products which have been used or customized after receipt.
    – Products purchased with an invoice (Article 1a § 1 of Law 2251/1994 for consumer protection). Given that the seller has dispatched the correct product, which does not present any manufacturing defect, the contract does not provide the buyer with the right of withdrawal.
    – Products sold and received from physical stores.
    – Specifically, the return of products and money is not feasible even if they are in their original condition for the following categories of products: Carnival Costumes, Swimwear, Cosmetics,
    – Socks, Batteries, Flying Toys.

    Note: In the case of withdrawal, shipping costs and cash on delivery fees are not refunded.

The products must be intact, in their packaging, without having been opened or co-assembled since the products will be available for sale again. They must also be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document (a receipt of retail sale or sales invoice). If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the customer at the recipient’s expense.
