• Payment by Credit-Debit Card:Regarding the payment methods, we inform you that all credit cards are accepted in our online store. We assure you that every transaction in our online store is protected by high-tech online security systems (SSL-256 bit).
  If you choose to pay by credit card, you must follow the instructions in our online store. It is also necessary to be present at the receipt of your order and have your credit card and ID. Receipt from a third party is not allowed. When the customer is a company, then the credit card must have been issued with the details of the respective company, and at the time of delivery of the order, the authorized holder must be present with his credit card and identity card.
• Cash on delivery (Payment upon receipt of the order at your place)
  You have the opportunity to pay the employee of the Courier company the market value, with the delivery at your place. The amount you are charged is € 2.50. According to the current tax provisions, we remind you that documents over 500 euros are paid ONLY by deposit/transfer to a bank account or by debit on a credit card. The option of cash on delivery does not apply to shipments of bulky or heavy items undertaken by a transport agency.
• Receipt and payment of your order in the store
  If you wish to pick up the products from our store, you only have to select “Pick up from the store” in the Shipping Method. You will be notified of the receipt of your order by email stating that the order is ready for pickup at the store. There are occasions when products are not immediately available in the store. In this case you will be notified by phone to ensure the smooth progress of the order. For your convenience, pickup from the store should only be done if you have been notified by email or phone.

  Then you must send us by email at info@cartoontoys.gr the copy of the deposit. For the best service and the fastest delivery of your order, please indicate in the depository the order code and the name given during its creation. In order to start the process of sending the products after a deposit in a bank, the amount deposited must be displayed in the company’s account, and the details must be identified. This process requires the contribution of each bank, and for this reason, sending the products may be delayed.
  The deposit must be made within 2 working days from the day of order entry. Otherwise the order will be cancelled. Any bank transfer costs are to be borne by the depositor.
